How are you doing mentally and why? I'm pretty much at a 5, due to the fact that I'm feeling in a limbo state. I'm not great and I'm not terrible...just average. My goal is to be a 2. How about you?

I normally run about an 8, today I'm at an 8.

I was at an 8 yesterday too.

Last week I was at an 8, except for the weekend I was at a 10.
