How are you doing mentally and why? I'm pretty much at a 5, due to the fact that I'm feeling in a limbo state. I'm not great and I'm not terrible...just average. My goal is to be a 2. How about you?

...bearing witness to people's pain was overwhelming this past week, so I'm running on empty, I'm hanging on by a thread at 1/10.
