On a scale of 1 to 10, how ok are you? I would say that I'm about a 6. When I came to DS (one year ago, tomorrow), I was probably about a 1. I hope that one year from now, I can make it up to a 7 or 8. I really don't think that a 10, or even a 9 is possible, so I'm not gonna worry too much about getting to that point. Just a thought...

I'm not partial to rating my healing. It reminds me of being at school or a doctors office ;) Plus now i'm reminded that i've been here a damn long time.

That being said.....i know i've healed a lot since joining. Though i think you can feel differently each day. So i'd say today i feel like a 6?

Today, about a 3 because the mofo ex will not leave me alone. But overall, maybe a 4. I think i have to get through this divorce to get over a 5..

I was at about a 1 when I found this site. Thanks to a lot of you, I am an 8.

No shit, and 8.

I keep coming back to offer support. I still get the twinge of losing her (did I ever really have her, don't answer that JD) but I am really feeling good, considering the day to day bookey time that goes on for everyone.

If I meet a nice lady and fall in love, I am definitely in the 10 ballpark.

Thanks everyone for helping to pull me up that high. You all rock, even the ones that hate me (though I don't know why, I am an 8!)

When I joined DS a year and a half ago I would have been a 2, now I probably put on 5, so I'm a 7. Still there are days when I drop to a 4. Man I hate scales!!!

2.5 years ago I was a 1-2.

Today, I would say 5.

However, I have different scores for different aspects, so the average does not tell much.

Nearly 2 years ago, I didn't even register on the scale. Now, I have good days and bad days, fluctuating between 3 and 8, depending. Today's looking like a 6 so far.

A solid 4. I am well aware that my demons still have control over me, but they're losing strength. Once I cross the threshold of "5" and am in control, it will be the first time in my life that I have had my sense of self in the positive range. So I can safely say that since my time here, that number has risen. The relapses I've had I have been able to identify as positives - grieving that has been a long time coming as opposed to the merciless self torture that I have put myself through in my life. A tree-trunk sized thorn has been pulled from my side, allowing a lifetime of pain to finally be released.
