Something else I want to ask. Im sure this has been done, but it always makes us stop and really think about the person we were with.

Im know there are many for me. Fill in the blank: The one thing I remember most I HATED about him/her was...

At family dinners, he and his father and brothers would FART and LAUGH about it! An Irish Catholic family. Special occassions, Easter, Christmas, birthdays...they did it! I was so embarrassed! And it didnt matter who was there. My mother, or another non-family memeber, a guest. SO ugly!!!

I hated the fact that anytime we got into a fight he played a victim role. He left me and lately he is trying to take that role again.......so gross.

The one thing I remembered most that I hated was he would swish his sodas and eat so loud.. he was a spitty eater and he popped his gum.. Oh and he too farted... I mean I could go on..

Mine also left his "spit" cups all over the house. And they smelled really bad!

I hated it when she would lie to me. She is currently (or so she says) being treated once again for uncontrolable lying. Little thing, big tings, it didn't matter. I taught myself to look the other way for 18 years most of the time. Early on in our marriage, I would adress every single one.

Well, there were petty annoyances (see my Sunday journal entry about the felony ball scratching) but the thing that I really hated is that he was terribly fearful. He was so afraid of everything. He could not make decisions, incredibly passive and just paranoid. In little ways and big. Fearful and complaining and critical. This was a major issue in our relationship. Other than that, his controlling and manipulation of me was another one.

Oh wow, what a rant. Maybe I should keep things simple and stick with 'ball scratching.;

She could find fault in anybody and point it out! Farting was disgusting, but her belching was hillarious?? Just because it comes out the other end, you are still passing gas!! LOL

Mine was just the way she acted like a friggin 5 yr old and pouted and got all pissy if she didnt get what she wanted. Which could have been my fault I always spoiled her and gave her just about everything.

There were(are) so many things. I hate that he cheated on me (more than once). I hate that he lied and continues to lie. I hate that he tried to bankruupt me. I hate that he would leave or threaten to leave me if he didn't get his way. I hate that he said nasty, horrible things about me continually. I could go on...

Oh, heres another one. I hated that when I was sick and throwing up, he would laugh at me because he thoght it was the funniest sound in the world. Jerk!

The one thing I HATE (yes, still hate) about him is that he slept with my sister. Even infidelity should have boundries.
