WOW!!!! the words right outta my head just a year ago, and still here I am plugging away and now knowing that HE is not worth my time, I do have a child with him and that is all I have to talk to him for is MY SON. I hope he is happy with her and now it is her turn to put up with all his lies and decet, and all round Crap!!!
Hang in there cmshinn i know it seems hopeless now but we are here for you, {{{hugs}}} when ever you need them!!!

Everyday is a gift...that's why it's called the present. It's all we have. Take it one minute at a time if you must! Soon you'll face an hour at a time. Think of yourself, your needs. Focus on those aspects of life which please you! Try to limit the time you spend questioning your self worth to just a few minutes every day!

It's been 1 week since I made my initial post. I want to thank all the support each and everyone of you have offered. I do live minute to minute. I am taking anti depression medicine and a rather heavy dose of xanax for anziety. I take each day as it comes. Some days are good and some days are extrememly bad. I neglected to mention that I do have a 12 year old daughter with my husband. My main concern now is that she is showing signs of depression and panic attacks. I receive phone calls from the school every single day that she is having breatheing difficulties. The doctor has checked her, she has had x-rays to rule out pnemonia. I truly believe she is having panic attacks. So again I am turning my concern over towards her. She needs me now.
As for my husband, TODAY I am holding my head high and can say - it's his loss, not mine. Karma is a funny thing. It always has a way of coming back to bite us in the "a**" - - when we least expect it. When Karma catches him, he will finally feel the kind of pain he has put me and my children thru. But by then, my healing will have been perfected over time and he will no longer be able to hurt me. That is my thought for today. Can't promise I will feel the same tomorrow. All I know is - I can only try.

Once again. Thank you for your kind words. I hope everyone on here is able to not only read the comments but listen to them. You guys have such heart warming words. I actually feel the love of total strangers on this site and knowledge that someone out there actually cares.

can do what I want
go where I want
eat what I want
say what I want
act how I want

and throw off the heavy wet blanket of being me when I was in such a dark place


give myself some relief for awhile from the misery

and be creative and playful for just a little while

Please don't ever let a permanent decision come out of a temporary situation.
This too shall pass..
Time lessens all wounds...not necessary heals but it becomes better over time.
