Breakups & Divorce Support Group
Just broke up with someone or in the midst of a difficult divorce? Breaking up is difficult no matter what the circumstances are. They say that time heals all wounds, but sometimes a listening ear or a hug can work wonders for the heart. Whether you need a place to vent, someone to hold you to No Contact, or need advice about what to do, we're here to help.

I feel for you deeply in so many ways. I have been in similar shoes as you are now. I can't say the "same" shoes as every experience is different. But I can offer you an ear. I can also relate ad one of my sons is in the range of your age. He is 20. I have a protective heart as a parent. But also a listening earing as a woman. He shares with me the thoughts his shared age group offer and we often discuss the difficulties he and others like him face in building mature relationships. Not everyone matures at the same rate. For goodness sake I am 45 and my ex fiancé and I were certainly not on the same page.
I share all of this to say,.. love yourself. Give time and energy to explore what you like, think, don't like... what hurts you... everything. When something doesn't feel right, give yourself the opportunity to explore why. All the answers aren't there yet. Life is always shifting and so we truly never have all the answers. But if you learn to love yourself and have an empathetic ear, a clear conscious and a pure perspective... you will be well on your way to finding real connections.
You can find your way through this and be stronger for it all. Sending love and respect...
