The age-old question - how do you move on from this?
I'm actually quite ok at the moment, but there's still a lot of hurt and anger in me. Doesn't help that his stuff is still here and I've been coming home all week knowing that he was in my apartment collecting - ever so slowly - his belongings.
Those nagging negative thoughts in my head are currently keeping me down, though... Will I ever be truly happy again? Will I ever find someone to love again? Will I ever get hurt again?
I have kind of a supportive group of family, colleagues/friends, but they're all in relationships and sometimes don't have time for me... and I can understand that the world doesn't care in general about what's going on with me, but I'm feeling more often than not truly lonely...
I try not to think about him that much and too often, but one thought remains: I hope he is as miserable as I am...

2) get over the love for him
3) get up to do other things.
Practice these 3 things. Repeat them. Jumble them up. We need to stop missing them.
