Grizzly, I'm sorry you are having a difficult morning! Lots of us here have talked about how mornings are paricularly hard for us.

When my stbx and I first split up, I had some co-workers who would tell me about things they saw him posting on Facebook (I'm not on FB myself). It set me back each time. So I let them know it upet me to hear what he was doing, and they've since stopped. I know they meant wel,l and didn't realize it would upet me. So, it's good to let people know you don't want to hear about it, and stick to that.

Good thing is though is she wanted to bitch my ex out. But that wouldnt get me anywhere, but probably a mean text from her and i dont even want to hear from her. I let her know i didnt want to know any of that and she'll respect that cause shes a good friend. Definitely good to have great friends, I couldn't do this alone

good god it surely is. I rarely use it anymore. But I at least defriended her so i didnt have to read any of the BS she posted. Social networking can single-handedly ruin a relationship. I try to stay clear from it

I'll definitely have to do that! I mean if they did say anything about me, I'd like it to be something about me doing great and happy as hell. I just don't give a FUCK what she's doing or saying at all.

i cried my whole hour drive to work this morning and i had nightmares all of last night..i know people that can see his facebook and they to are ignoring me...sometimes in tragedy you find your true friends i guess...hugs to you..i'm also pretty down today myself..

Hey Grizzly! Hope you are off to a better morning.. its painful when we awake and some of our first thoughts are of our ex and whats become of the relationship. I hope each passing day gets easier for you. I agree, good friends wont share certain info with you that they feel could cause you pain concerning the ex. Awwww... glad I could help you feel better! I always feel laughter truly is the best medicine. Some of those Ecards on Facebook literally have me on the floor laughing! Breakups are always diffcult, yet if we can stay focused and have a positive attitude, it sure helps us along the way :-) xx

i believe i have been drinking way to much lately..but yeah id have a beer..

Goth, I've been through a horrible break up prior to this one (which is why i think this one has me struggling too; first girl ive dated since that one) But I started drinking uncontrollably. The amount i was drinking would kill any normal human being. but it only masked the pain. I ended up getting help and processing the hurt.

As hard as it was, I became a stronger person out of it. This time around, I'm not going to heavily drink for a while just to get my mind right. I hope you can find the will to do the same.
