How the hell can you know someone after 3 weeks, let alone enough to wanna marry them and spend the rest of your life with them (if you really are taking marriage/vows seriously). What a crock! I know, my ex met his current gf 2 days after we split, they were engaged after 2 months. It's stupid. Total rebound move, quick temporary replacement for the loss of his relationship.
AND there are so many issues on all different levels in the 2 sentences you wrote. Meeting at a bar, for me anyway, not so good. Half the time, that person looks totally different than you remembered from the night before too (ha ha) AND, #2, not divorced! These guys gotta just get their egos stroked, new meat, new set of ears to feed their bs into. Cry their sorrows or whatever they need to do just to cover up their own feelings. At least that's my thoughts. Not exactly sure of your entire situation, but how can you love someone you know nothing about after 3 weeks - even 3 months for that matter! Hell, I was with my ex for 12 years and I'm still trying to figure out if it was even LOVE! Geez! It's immature, selfish behavior. He just needs to feel like he's still "got it". Actually I am neither. Him and i became really close after my bf was having an affair with his wife of 17 years we were kind if their for each other and kind of bonded. Its been 6 months and i have started to fall for him but we agreed we didnt think we were ready foe a relationship but then he gets n one and is talking all this crap with her and now i feel like i wasnt good enough and feel like a used whore.

This is going to sound harsh but the reason you feel that way is because that is how he treated you.

I know this is easy to say but cut him and your feelings for him loose. His track record says it all. First off, he hasn't the balls to take the steps to end his marriage, then he goes out and sleeps around, uses you to rescue him when he needs it and for a booty call and now wants to marry someone he met in a bar after three weeks?

I know NEKAJ it's a strange mess. Yes after we found out of their affair we started talking just as friends and to be there for each other. Then a few months went by and we slept together. And I fell for him. I thought he was everything I want. He is a very hard worker and I thought a good dad but now that he is with this other person he is dog everything he gripped Abt his wife doing. He is leaving the kids hone by theirselves which they are older but for days just so he can stay with her.

I met one man while I was as usually cheating on my husband whom I said that I love him on second date we met. We had sex starting from the second time. That was complete truth because I knew it even before we had anything. Not as I knew him for long before that.
It was just obvious to me from the minute I seen him. I never did it before or after that. In fact I do not think that I was in love ever before or after that. Obviously I will tell that I love them to everybody if they will ask me or they tell first that they love me or in case if I want to get somebody and I do not have them yet.
But that time I was completely honest. Obviously nobody (I mean this particular man by nobody) believed me because hell who can fall in love on the second date?lol

I was offered marriage many times even after 1 week. My husband offered me marriage after 3 days. In fact I never had anybody waiting more than 2 weeks to offer me marriage. That even aggravated me because in most of the cases I was looking for just for sex and they were all getting upset that I did not put enough thougt into relations.

I think it falls under the category of an emotional affair. You both confided in each other and built intimacy. It's something everyone should watch out for when they are going through break-ups or are having martial problems. A lot of affairs get started this way because a spouse confides in someone of the opposite sex and although they didn't originally intend to be more than friends, it happens.

IMO You need to stop all contact with this man. He is still married and needs to completely leave that relationship before starting another one. Even after someone has been cheated on they can bounce back and forth before deciding to leave the marriage for good. Or even worse he could end up using you to torment his cheating wife. You don't deserve to be used.

all of my siblings (I am the baby of six kids), proposed or were proposed to, after only knowing each other a very short period of time (in one case after only 12 days. For religious reasons, no sex before marriage. They all had short engagements too (max 6 months), and all are still married (my oldest sister married for over 30 yrs). So yeah, I think it is possible. But in the case with your guy friend, it sounds very likely he is on rebound, and desperate. Bouncing from relationship to relationship, telling this woman everything she might want to hear, to get his ego stroke.

Is wife is still with the person she cheated on him with (which is my ex). All this happened back un June and they still havent filed for a divorce she needed to have surgery on her neck so that is why they say they didnt file because she needed his insurance since she has had her surgery so I dont know what their plans of filing are we never really talked about it.I would of liked to have a relationship with him but everytime it felt like a relationship he would back off and tell me he didnt know if he would ever be ready for one again so i would give him his space. But then he meets her at the bar and they both say they are in love since the first night. If i have it figured right they got together around nov 20 but he came to my house after that and we had sex but he is deny that. I just dont see why he didnt give me the chance.
