And probably will.
In the end, don't worry about it. You'll have different feelings a year from now.
Not to say I don't want a serious and healthy relationship. It's just at my age I see no reason for the piece of paper.
There are a lot of reasons to get married if you've found someone. You will want some control over your life should something bad happen to your mate. You should be able to have some say-so in your mate's medical decisions should that become necessary. You should have some control over each other's property so the family members don't screw your mate if something befalls you. And then there's insurance.
Unless you are planning to be a priest/nun, then saying that you'll never get married is possibly degrading your quality of life in the future because of fear of rejection.
However, ask me the same question a year, two or five years from now, I may have a different answer then...

I don't think that philosophy narrows the pool..unless it stops you from testing the waters.
