no see you're only allowed to talk about what an awful person and how you wish your ex was dead if you're a woman. then all the women get together and yell YA! lets get the bastard! I'll help kill him!!! If it's a man saying things like that, women cry about abuse and how terrible it is that a man would dare to do that. many of the women here only want to be flirted with by the men and told how pretty they are and how wonderufl they are and how could the man do something like that. the men aren't allowed to express anger or emotions.

Rman can express what he wants...he was joking as he does and he has the right to purge how he wishes. JMO.

I had to chuckle at the "wanting men to flirt with them" comment. Anyone who's been paying attention to me knows how far that is from my truth anyway.

If a woman sent me a PM saying she had murdered her children and husband and there was blood everywhere, you can be she wouldn't be getting a "yay! you go girl!" from me. I'd be just as concerned, and asking for clarification of her too.

I'm all for using humour and silliness. But I also hear plenty of jokes about suicide with the kids I teach, and I don't laugh it off without taking some opportunity to check in and see if that was a request of some kind for some support.

And 99 times out of a hundred, I look over-sensitive or even silly, but I don't care, when there is that one person who really is feeling overwhelmed and unable to tolerate an intolerably stressful situation.

Way I see it, no harm, no foul.
