So much good advice has already been given. The first is don't beat yourself up. We've all made mistakes. The anger and frustration on everyone's part, including your daughter's on the situation is oozing through. If you only yourself seek counseling on parenting in your situation that is one step forward. I did that on a few occasions these past six months (as the kids would not -- they are older) go in. Oh my - it helps because there is so much that is happening emotionally.
The constant conflict or animosity in the home is felt by children and does have longterm impacts - if this is your situation. Mine lasted more years than it should of.
It's clear you love your daughter and want to maintain a loving relationship with her.
