I've been reading a lot about so many seniors being ill-prepared for retirement, then an article like this comes along. Makes me wonder what the retirement landscape really looks like in 2012.

I know I didnt have to produce a credit report for the divorce.
Also once the divorce was filed, no joint accounts were allowed to be altered unless it was mutual, in writing and notorized. Any individual accounts that were altered had to be documented with the financial affidavits for the court.
I think some other motive is afoot here folks
I like you wonder what a 27 year old is wondering about things like this for? Why would he be bothered with these kind of questions?
