Im sitting here tonight in a foggy haze. Its been a whirlwind of a day.
My (now ex, I suppose) bf...still giving me the silent treatment. I woke up this morning to log into my FB account to see that he has kept me as a "friend" but is now single. Whatever, is all I can say....he didnt even have the common courtesy of saying why we have "broken" up...just nothing. There was no argument, disagreement, just cut off cold turkey.
I just called Tom, my MMA trainer, in the hopes that he had an available appointment tonight. Looks like I will be waiting until tomorrow.
I feel as if I just got suckered punched by my so called "love" I feel like I do when I am in the ring with my trainer... he appears out of nowhere...and BAM... I take a hit, I get back up...and I see the motion of the swing...in that split second..I think in my head...oh wow...this is going to hurt.
I feel as if I just relived that with Jay. I feel bruised right now, beat up, broken and a bloody mess...all within the last hour or so.
I took a chance on someone and got hurt again. But I guess its like being in that ring for me... I will get back up, in time.
Its a damn good thing Im built Ford tough....
But right now... I feel weak.. ...
I want to swing back. I want to hit something hard.

Im also not so sure about that "deserve" thing either....dont we all deserve the best, even in our brokenness?
My ex husband sure is a piece of work..but I still think he deserves the best... and my new ex deserves the same....hes not a bad guy. I wish everyone well.
Truthfully, know what kills me in this? I waited 4 YEARS to find this man while I did my work, healed from my marriage..and worked on me. I wanted to be sure I didnt bring any of my past into my future relationships.
4 YEARS!!!!!! 4 years of being completely alone...only to have this happen all over again...
Very childish and immature. He can't even send you an email explaining that due to the recent events he doesn't want to be involved with you anymore? Sheesh.
I know you probably don't want to hear the same old lines that you're better off, but I really think you are. Too bad you had to find out this about him in this way.

They were ALL dysfunctional.
So I sit at home alone trying to figure it out and fearing that this period will go on for aother year.
This sucks - why can't these people just grow up and be normal respsonsible human beings?
You seem like an amazingly together and strong person.

Who's to say why it happened or what happened. Only he can answer that. My first thought was fear..but what do I know.
