Im sitting here tonight in a foggy haze. Its been a whirlwind of a day.

My (now ex, I suppose) bf...still giving me the silent treatment. I woke up this morning to log into my FB account to see that he has kept me as a "friend" but is now single. Whatever, is all I can say....he didnt even have the common courtesy of saying why we have "broken" up...just nothing. There was no argument, disagreement, just cut off cold turkey.

I just called Tom, my MMA trainer, in the hopes that he had an available appointment tonight. Looks like I will be waiting until tomorrow.

I feel as if I just got suckered punched by my so called "love" I feel like I do when I am in the ring with my trainer... he appears out of nowhere...and BAM... I take a hit, I get back up...and I see the motion of the swing...in that split second..I think in my head...oh wow...this is going to hurt.

I feel as if I just relived that with Jay. I feel bruised right now, beat up, broken and a bloody mess...all within the last hour or so.

I took a chance on someone and got hurt again. But I guess its like being in that ring for me... I will get back up, in time.

Its a damn good thing Im built Ford tough....

But right now... I feel weak.. ...

I want to swing back. I want to hit something hard.

i am SO sorry to hear this is happening to you. you just don't know how much i look up to you and your strength!

i can't imagine having a breakup confirmed by a status change on FB!

but you are strong and like you said you will get back up from this.

he cant call you while he is on break, but he can make the time to change his status to single? wow.

He has been done with his break for a few weeks now...and yes...no explanation, no reason, no nothing.

Im finding there are lots of "runners" in this world....

First of all namaste youve come across as a clear minded person and although I didnt post on your other topic where this guy went silent on you---his actions were immature at best---dont know if you guys had an "agreement" on what status your relationship was but that was just poor actions by him regardless of his military committment(I was a former cop--not as stressful,yet you still make time(5minutes) to check in)---as another note and if Im too forward I apologize...but I remember in your other post talking about accepting time away from this guy---maybe you need aguy(the right one)that you get to see/contact in person on a daily basis...none of this distance stuff..Just my opinion(just mine):facebook is for numbnut narcissictic people..as a rant..the more friends you have the more insecure you are...unless youre using totally as a marketing business tool(no problem with that--thats one thing) but people that go on and just give updates of pure bs "look at me shit"--give me a break all-star....alot of times I got friends request,and I would think"we never got along all that well inperson..."after the divorce I really edited down even further..in actuality,I probably only need my sister and a few friends to share pictures,all this other drivel"look at me"stuff"---okay ,these people are trying to re-do high school all over again..

What a douche! I read your journal entry earlier too. :( I'm so sorry. Seriously he doesn't deserve someone like you. I know you know this too, but it still hurts. HUGS
