Well its over. Thats that. The friendship, the goodwill. I am now truly 100% alone here in this city.
She tricked me. It was all a lie. She got me to sign away my house, and our marriage so she could be with another guy. She played with my broken heart to get what she wanted.
One week to the day of catching her in our home with another man I find out she went to his house after I picked up the kids last night.
After she told me she had just met him and having him over had been an act of desperation. After she swore she wasnt seeing or talking to him anymore. After she promised me she would help me through this and we would be friends, together, until I was ready to let go. She lied about it all.
I feel so used and alone. It is obvious now that our marriage is ending this way because she has someone else.
How sad, pathetic and weak a person must someone be to decide they are ending their 10 year relationship only AFTER they know they have someone waiting for them in the background?
I am going to make sure EVERYONE we know, everyone we hung out with, our familys, the kids; knows the truth. That she jumped from her husband to some other guy while they were still together.
Not that she was doing what was best for all of us. Not that we mutually decided we were better off apart. Not that she needed to see what life was like by herself for the first time in her life.
Weak cold hearted bitch.
I thought I would never ever ever have to say that about her.

Hi, I'm new here. The same thing happened to me with my ex-fiance. I didn't trash him to the kids, I just looked at the part I played in our failed relationship and tryed to learn from my own mistakes. In the beginning I did talk to our friends and relatives about what happened and they tried to comfort me and ecourage me to move on with my life. But it is so hard, the pain that you feel is overwhelming. I wish you all the best in your healing process.

Give yourself a week or two without talking to her. Seriously. Do whatever you can, take a vacation with the kids, just shut off your cell phone. If she asks, just tell her you need time to sort your feelings out and she needs to respect it. You need to start taking the power back in your life, and since you are (Totally justifiably) angry with her, that power seizure risks becoming really mean and vindictive. It will be so much better if you can get some time away from her before you talk about anything. She doesn't own your time anymore, you do what you need and don't let her make you feel guilty.

That is just awful. I'm sorry.

She sounds like a real winner! Geez.. Stick to your guns and don't talk to her. All she'll do is feed you more lies or BS that you don't want to hear. Stay strong through this. You can do it.
