This morning I wrote a post about still having hope. Well I guess I now know the answer I spoke with my STBX A little while ago and he's already speaking with a lawyer... for some reason I didn't cry I guess this just means I can start to heal quicker ...wow these ups and downs of emotions are killing me.

I am sorry you are on this roller coaster of up and down , it's a ride that we all just want to get off of. You are getting stronger at least now you know what to expect and it is time that you talk to a lawyer as well so you are not blind sided which will help with the healing process and to move on. It is the times of not having your ducks in a row that may make you feel side blinded and it can take you steps back when all you want to do is move forward. It is time to start thinking of you and the new life that you will start which will bring hope and happiness.

Personally to me the healing is not possible until the
Divorce and the decree are final. Its like a emotional
and financial Battle ground. It was awful on every Level.

Some people are lucky and its simple and uncontested.

My ex wanted to do that but i did not trust him, he fought
Me every step of the way instead. We had two lawyers and
He tried playing with values on assets and he did not want
To pay me any alimony. TFB HUGS

Expect that roller coaster to go for a while! For me, the ride continued for about a year after papers were signed, I found that accepting the "waves" of emotion got me thru them faster.
