Buyer takes all/everything!
Selling immediately: House with large yard. I will leave all furniture, appliances, etc. I am also including my stbx in the deal at no charge! The buyer has to keep all that is included (including stbx). If buyer is unable to keep or does not want any items included in sale it will be the buyer's responsibility to dispose of the items any way he/she wishes (please do not contact me to tell me how you disposed of any of the items). Possession is immediate. Buyer cannot back out for any reason and there will be no refunds!

lol.. I bartered with my share of his govt pension, spousal support and other various costs dealing with the sale of the house, taxes, and court costs... and I worked out a deal with my personal banker.

The judge at our prelim actually suggested it to HIM.. buy back your pension from HER... boy was he and his lawyer mad!
Easier to just dump the carcass.
