but I would hope that I am happy, not the fake smile I have on my face right now
I hope that my kids are ok, and that they have come to terms with the divorce
I hope that my ex is happy, and that this is all worth it
I hope that the 30 pounds I've lost due to stress are still gone, and maybe another 20 more
I hope that I am content in my new life, that the kids and I are doing well
In a year from now, I'll probably be twice as busy.
working in nursing
starting or in RN school

xoxo
I hope to have a nicer apartment than the one I have. Nothing fancy, just one where the view from my window is not a brick building.
I hope to have even more resolve about my past than I do today.
Thanks for this. I don't think about my future enough. xoxo.
I would like to not be so lonely. I will have a higher paying job soon but that does nothing for a empty heart and a messed up brain.
I hope by this time next year I can have a reason to smile again.
Sorry for the pitty party but that is really what I would like to have.
Nothing more, just some joy in my life.
Now as far as goals go and what I do have absolute control over, I have several I'm really focusing on.
Be in the best physical shape of my life.
Have my income property fully back in service.
Get my credit score back over 750. I'm close already.
Refinance my income property.
When I do have my two family back in service end of next summer/beginning of next fall, I can again begin to indulge in the things I really enjoy.
One thing I really look forward to is getting back out in the woods next year for big game season. There's something about being out in the forests and fields late November and early to mid-December.
The crisp, cold air, and when it's really calm watching my breath condensate and slowly drift upward and away. The feel and sound of fallen leaves under foot. A gentle snow floating down through the trees, or walking through evergreens after a heavy snowfall, the sun glistening off the myriad snowflakes' crystalline structure. The earthy scents of the forest after a rain.
Wow, I really haven't thought about it in quite a few years. Now I'm looking over my shoulder at my reloading bench and thinking about how much I've been missing these past 8 or 9 years! Has it been that long?!?!? That's a hobby of mine tied to hunting. I reload all my ammo for my various rifles, and it's an activity that lasts from late spring to just before hunting season begins.
Working with different casings, powders, primers, bullet designs and weights. Making incremental adjustments until I determine the most consistent and accurate load.
Next year... Definitely next year!
I hope to keep putting into practice everything that I am learning and working on.
I hope to be ''over'' the divorce--it will be the 2.5 year mark.
Completely comfortable in my own skin and continuing to create my life!
I'd like to be divorced
I'd like to be far away from my stbx and his FL floozie.
I'd like to be enjoying a Blue Moon and some hand holding.
I'd like to continue to be in my job
I'd like to.....(ooops can't say that here).... nevermind.
I also wisdh for you a little more peace, and rest, and sleep at night! I found, watching TV usually helped, and as long as I did that, I got more sleep. But if I went to my bed, hmmm, seemed like Mr. Sandman was under my bed poking at my mattress disallowoing sleep, so solution, sofa watching tv! lol
It does get better in time, but took me a while, for sure, too!
