Most men think it's a sign of weakness...
"Ok. A real answer. I've noticed the men who are here get into new relationships much quicker than the WOMEN. So, I'm guessing men are more likely to fill the hole (so to speak) of their lost relationship with another person, while women will spend more time trying to figure out what went wrong, so, they are here.

I obviously took honesty for granted until I (painfully) realized it wasn't really there as promised.
My second job has many dudes who are hardcore...
I work right in between Washington DC and Baltimore cities...
so anyway...
this guy came up to me and said..."i'm hurting real bad."
he was actually crying...something that I have not done in thirty years...
wow...it was hard looking at this tonight...
this dude has the potential to be a pro athlete...
i gave him a hug and used the DS advice I've learned here...
hopefully he gets through this ok...
this is not the first time that people at my work have come to me hurting...guys I mean...
good thing I've learned a lot here...

stalker type , where they find out where you live and shit.
I had one of those and it is not fun.
I had an online relationship early on when I came here and it did not work out. I haven't tried it again. Long distance is so hard even if you meet and sparks fly, you are still hundreds of miles apart.
I have only heard of a couple of successful relationships here. When we forge something based on pain, it is hard to sustain that when we are both healed. We may want different things then.
Rman, it is difficult to think about a new relationship when we are mired still in the current one. Take this time to figure out what you want to do, then do that. Limbo land is tough.. Big hugs, Kimmee
You ain't extracted physically, and I don't think you is extracted emotionally yet.
Usually the latter precedes the former.
