I would agree that 75% of women dump their men emotionally.

Oh come one! Doing the sexism thing is so old and pointless. You're hurt so you generalize negative thoughts on a larger group. Not fair. Just like if I said all men were assholes.

Actually I think the ratio is less, less than 1/4 are men. I'm not sure why, some men are scared and not sure how to seek help so they keep it bottled up.

I've always said a man that is willing to admit he has issues and willing to seek help, is a true man.

I've always grown up with men that carry their feelings on their shoulders, my dad will cry at a sappy movie, his daughter getting married (yeah that's past tense) and his favorite football team losing a chance to make it to the playoffs, none the less he's a mans man and admits he needs help and support when times are tough.
Wish more men would see things that way.

although I know of some woman that way too. I guess when you are hurting and times are tough, it doesn't matter where you get suporrt as long as you get it.

Ok. A real answer. I've noticed the men who are here get into new relationships much quicker than the men. So, I'm guessing men are more likely to fill the hole (so to speak) of their lost relationship with another person, while women will spend more time trying to figure out what went wrong, so, they are here.

If I were involved with someone, or, say, going to lots of Bluegrass Festivals, I'm not online much.

The guys here just haven't already moved along. We like online forums and our split brought us to this type.

I was already on DS in the MS group. I actually avoid this one for a while, it wasn't until my first post-x relationship was having issues that got me here. I was fine with the stbx->X process.

I think that many men just don't know how to communicate in a social environment.

know how, or care to? most of the men in my exmarital clan couldn't be bothered with the net, or if they are, it's the Sports scores or gambling.
