So, how about one? Some of you are going to Vegas. I know I cant afford that and its way too far.

So, I actually live in a resort town, and well, thought we could have a DS convention here?

In Ocean City, Maryland.

ALL are invited, but was thinking of the ppl not able to go to Vegas bc of distnace and money.

Fall is a great time here. Crowds are mostly gone, and the weather is really nice.

Well? Who has any ideas?

LOL, we need to behave like a professional association, with biennial national conventions that rotate regions of the country, interspersed with regional sub-meetings. So the national this year is Las Vegas, which is, southwest? West? What does LV consider itself, geographically? So the next national could be northeast or something. Froggs et al, we need a midwestern regional event!

Seriously! I just logged into Associations Unlimited and did a national and regional search with divorce as a keyword. There are no national divorce associations. Who is with me on forming a business plan to launch this puppy? A lot of social and support with a little informational mixed in? I now have two ideas for national associations that need to be started, one professional and one personal.

I am definately interested. I think MD is only a 45 min flight from RI. MSDE, where in CT are you? You may not be that far from me.

OMG this looks like it could possilby happen. I love the idea. ok count me in then. I couldn't possibly pass this up.

MSDE I couldn't possible keep up with you because I'm a light weight and drinking always makes me want to screw but I think we can make sure you get toasted.

If we could get some car pooling going on that would be great. Do you guys understand just how great this could be for us. I love you guys.

ALSO, I think someone should look into spearheading a gathering in or near St. Louis. makes sense.
