I am going to try to explain this the best way I can.
I was just wondering if it is the same for guys to think of things the same way a women might. If you see or hear something, does it sometimes bring a memory of your wife/girlfriend. Or maybe you will think of, she always liked that. I was thinking this because I do sometimes find myself falling backward into the past. Something will happen a little thing like how maybe how my stbx liked to eat a certain food. That's what I mean a simple little thing. I guess what I am wondering is if maybe he sometimes will remember things about me or if it is just me

I think that everyone does that. Even the ones who left us will always have certain things trigger memories. Guys and girls alike. It just feels worse for those left behind for awhile. I know that, as miserable as I am now and as many things that trigger memories, someday it will lessen but never completely go away. I don't think my stbx will ever have those memories completely go away either. Anyone who says they remember nothing about there ex's are liars.

I still have thoughts and memories like this. It often makes me sad. It's been almost 3 years. I wonder when it will stop?

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus).
