I am a 28yr old woman goin through a divorce . I wanna know if there is anybody out there who could give me advice on how to handle when ur soon to be ex shows up with hickeys on his neck and flaunts his new girlfriend to your co-workers and hits on ur co-workers. On top of all that he talks smack about me to anyone who will hear him out. So how do u handle a situation like this ??? You think u know someone for 8yrs and then ur seperate and u find out that they are not who u think they are...

I can't do a thing about my stbx. She does what she is going to do. I only have control of myself. I chose to be as good a person as I can be in my actions. I allow myself to think horrible thoughts about her and what she has done to me, the kids and our marriage, but I try not to act on it. I know that doing the right thing is what I need to do in all situations. Good luck to you. Posting here can help a ton.

I think that the best thing to do is let other people decide for themselves what to believe. As long as you do the right things, you will be a better person in the end. Emotion drives us many times in these areas. Take a deep breathe and exhail slowly. Then go about your day.

TSand is right on. Walk tall. Hold your head high and act in a way that makes you proud and respectful of you. Then you will just be able to smile and shake your head because you are in a position to pity the poor fool for what he is and you're not.

He's doing this to get your attention. Ignore him.

This is childish behavior from his part. I know it will make you boil under the skin, but ignore him. You're better than that. Sooner or later he will lose momemtum. Good luck.

I agree with everyone as well. All you can do is ignore it and try to be the better person. & YES, it sucks. In the end you can walk away with your head held high. :) I know it hurts while you are going through it, believe me most of us are there or have been where you are. Stay strong.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
