I’m so tired of being the one who never gives up.... I have loved in my life but each person has left me...and I’m alone Again . I love life and I invest my whole self into my relationship and it always ends.... they always leave me . The one thing I want more than anyhing is to have unconditional love in my life .... to feel safe when he wraps his arms around me..i feel like my life is coming to an end as I know it. I want friends and support but also a distraction from my anxiety. I feel like I’m one of the only people left that actually promise to stay during good times and bad and mean it . I don’t feel safe ...I feel like the world beneath me with fall away at any moment. Words don’t mean much and I just really need action ...someone to stay up and tell me that I matter and they are never leaving me . I’m so over this

Ever since I stopped doing therapy because of insurance, I've been feeling that old tense and irritable sense of anxiety and stress. I hate that. I was making so many strides and changes during therapy, my therapist would acknowledge all of my progress and accomplishments, and I miss that reassurance. Today I thought about it, and I made those changes! She would always tell me that I chose to...

I'm horrified! I knew my insurance would go up due to getting a new car but I didn't expect it to go up over $2,000. I did have an accident with the snow/ice in the winter. I was just telling my brother that I have had my car since March 2, 2026 and have only spent $75 on an oil change. Now this! I called another insurance company and their quote was over $4,000. I guess I have to pay...
Also, have you thought about counseling? Either for both of you or definitely for just you. Maybe in counseling you and your therapist could figure out why you may be attracting the wrong type of guy. This isn't your fault and maybe you just need to work on yourself.
Surround yourself with family and friend that help you and guide you to living a happy life.
When you are happy in your bed alone then you will be open to the right man in your life to be there for you.
Take care of yourself and challenge yourself to achieve goals.
Successful men are attracted to women who are success, strong, independent.
Be a challenge not only to yourself but to others.
On a positive note, have you considered talking to a therapist for the issue you mentioned you have with men abandoning you and your current anxiety?
I say this because there could be something about you that's attracting these type of men....the type of men that are likely to leave you. The thing about you doesn't mean you're flawed but perhaps there's something in your psychology that finds these type of me attractive romantically and then you provide your wonderful unconditional love and these certain type of men leave rather than appreciate your love OR communicate. Although I don't know you personally the issue sounds like it's with the men. If I was a man and ready to settle down you sound like the perfect woman.
Don't give up yet!!
Try a therapist and hang on to your faith because some where out there out of the trillions of people that exist today..there ARE some good men that won't just leave a woman full of nothing but love :)
I had one guy I was interested in disappear on me. His disappearance caused me to feel bitter for a while and like something was wrong with me.
We were both attractive physically, intellectually and emotionally. I was very nice to him. The more time that went on the more love I provided. I thought everything was cool and that we were both being transparent with one another. Then, one day out the blue, he disappears. I don't hear from him for a whole weekend. After that weekend I received a text message. It was so long ago that I can't remember the specific details about the message. At that time though, the message was not direct, but I just knew he was basically blowing me off with some excuse. I wasn't sure which hurt more, the petty way he disappears and then decided to break it off with some child-like excuse OR the fact that he was breaking it off.
Some years down the road, a few dates later and some unrelated counseling I realized that I didn't need to feel completely bummed out about his breakup with me which for a while caused me to feel rejected, unworthy, unattractive and not good enough. There's always a silver lining in everything and different ways to see things that can help mend.
I learned that the way he broke up with me revealed other sides of his personality which would have caused an inevitable break up down the road anyway. When he broke it off through text message even though we had already been dating for a few months that revealed he was cowardly and non-confrontational. The opposite of what I am attracted to. Next, his silence the entire weekend (3-days) even though I called him and text him a couple of times to see if he was okay showed me that he's just not a caring person. To think I was actually concerned about his well-being. On a positive note, him breaking up with me sooner rather than later was a great thing. Given the other sides of his personality that I saw after the breakup it would not have worked out down the road which would have caused deeper hurt. Last but not least, it solidified the qualities in a man that I am deeply attracted to...caring, transparent, direct, etc.
I also learned how I could have communicated with him at the time of his disappearance. It may not have changed his behavior but I think it would have helped me to sleep better at night lol.
I also learned that the right person for you will like you for you and reciprocate the love and not "runaway". If the person does leave than perhaps he or she was not the right one or nor right time.
Lo and behold, years down the road when I did meet my fiancé, he wanted to marry me after 3 months of dating! lol He's was crazy about me, and is still crazy about me 5years down the road! He loves that I give him lots of love. He loves that I am caring and dedicated. Not to mention, he's very attracted to me physically. He's too caring of a person to simply disappear or disappear without telling me why.
So I know it hurts but try forgive and let those guys go. Stay positive as much as possible. Try to see the positives that you learned from those experiences. You know, the things that you can take with you for better. If a deeply committed and loving relationship is what you want, don't lose hope. In the mean time, try to find what makes you happy!! Focus on you, your family, your close friends and creating beautiful memories. Next time, you do meet some one, take it easy and take it slow and don't accept innappropriete behavior. Be transparent from the beginning. Communicate openly. See if there is anything about you that needs to be improvised. If you did everything you could to be wonderful you and the person still leaves you then that's on them...
Great story and insight.
