The last few months since my ex broke nc have steadily got harder. Talking to people on this site has been great so I have decided to go back to counselling offered by my university.
I don't feel in control and confident, which I really should so it is time.

Counselors are just like any other profession. There are good ones and bad ones. The key is to find one that resonates or clicks with you. I went through a half a dozen, until I found one that worked for me.
