Froggy, no matter what anybody has said to you (including your ex) you have good qualities about you. everyday when you wake up, look in the mirror and tell your self something good about you. but one day has to be something new from the last. i'm telling you, you aren't as bad as who ever made you feel. even if it's something goofy about you and you can laugh at your self, that's a step in the right direction.

ex: I've gotten into so many fights with guys (physical fights) i can honestly and proudly say, there isn't many i have lost.
there was this big black muscly guy one time.... in my platoon back in the service, he used to fuck with me all the time and tell me he was gonna kick me ass during close combat training. well that day finally came and so we partnered up, and i kicked his dumb fuckin ass! LMAO! eat that shit head.
