Believe me, I know how you feel. My stbx was running everything female that would look his way. He had/has these girls bamboozled and though my first reaction was to track a b*tch down and pull some hair, I realize they ALL did me a favor. My life is so much more peaceful now. I know what and who I'm dealing with.
Now, so do you.
He could really use a good ass-kicking, and you'll feel better.
Win-win I'd say!
;)
You're a better man than that.
I would rather know my wife couldn't be trusted sooner than later. Build your plans for the future on true information not false promises.
That guy did you a favor. Some "guy" did the same favor for me. She's someone else's problem now.
My ex and her now finance were both married when they got involved with each other. I had thought of droppin him the next time I saw him, I know him pretty well (not as well as I thought I did) and it wouldn't be much effort especially know that I have trimmed down and started working out more.
But over the couple of months I realized, they both cheated once, they are both apt to doing it again. Plus, she has told me she regrets what she did to our family. Gee that's a good emotion to build a new relationship on. PLus she thought life was hard with 4 kids? Come May they are going to have 8 kids between them.
Yeah I think am thinking, buying the guy a beer for setting me free would be a better idea. Althought it would feel good to haul off and jaw-jack the SOB just for fun.
Walk away and take what dignity you have left and use to make life hell in legal ways!
plus, if you caught him with her, you missed your chance-it would have seemed reasonable to beat the guy up at that time because you obviously thought that he was attacking your wife !
but keep this in mind too- once you beat up the OM, it is over. he got what he deserves and everyone moves on )you move on with some extra complicaions- but if you ont do this, if you just leave it as if you could do this any time and you're not quite sure when and if you will, the guy will be sweatin. beating him up hurts for a few hours- paranoia lasts a while
This person doesn't deserve ANY of your energy and you need to find ways to keep it to things in your life that need you, like family and friends, channel it to positive.
The guy as others have said, showed who she really is,a nd you should be glad to be set free. It hurts like hell to get jaded, but time moves on and you will too. without ramifications from legal and possible criminal charges.
