OK a while back my ex had a breast reduction done and they did not do a very good job. Lots and lots for scar tissue, begged her the night before but she would have none of it. Whined about her back and neck hurting and how she couldn't loose any weight because they were just so big. I was not very sympathetic and I came up with this nick name.
