Okay, so now that I am on a roll (no pun intended)with this healing process, I am going to make an announcement that my absolute favorite part of my divorce is the Toilet Paper Liberation, as it has been dubbed. I no longer have to count the squares of toilet paper that I use. Anybody else free of any nutty things their ex has required?
Sounds stupid to say, but I like saying that.
But I have to say that anyone who counts the squares of the toilet paper...is really really ANAL no pun intended...:)
At the dinner table, even at HIS mothers house, the whole table would chime in with their...farts! Even the 77 yr old father. It was disgusting and what was worse, was they all laughed every single time! This is a table full of adults! Every dinner there...Christmas, Easter, you name it!
Thank GOD I dont have to put up with that any more!
Except, he is now teaching my children to do the same:(
I do on occasion, find mself doing it though...LOL
Then there were the "rules". I had to crack the egg against the counter, NOT on the edge of the bowl. Because that just wasn't right.
The sponge had to be placed at a specific angle over the drain stopper on the edge of the kitchen sink.
The groceries had to be packed into the trunk of the car in a certain way. I never did get the hang of that one, so I just gave up and let him do it himself.
The ice cube trays had to be filled only with warm water --- not hot, not cold --- and they had to be filled to a very specific level.
Don't use so much you clog up the toilet.
That's it....nothing nearly as exciting as the rest.
