Well I was in the garage, picked up a giant soft frisbee, and threw it against the wall. It helped in a theraputic kind of way. I'm gonna go out later and throw the lawnmower at the wall...

I use to think about throwing my stbx on the rr tracks....but was afraid the train would derail and hit me *sigh*
You could even label it "performance art" when your neighbors stand outside and watch you throw the stuff. :-D
Who knows, someone may pay you big bucks to create "art" in their yard...
