Let me give you a little background first. My boyfriend is a good provider he makes sure bills are paid and fridge is stocked. Also i stay home because he doesnt bekieve in women working. But reason I get mad is when I ask to go see a movie or just plain get out of the house his reply is sorry honey I have to work (he's a cab driver and makes his own schedule). But when his friends want to hangout or go out for coffee or a bite to eat, he drops everything and goes with them. He tells me were poor and can't afford to go to a movie or garage saling or etc. Etc. I caught him red handed when we were going to grocery store I needed a napkin and reached in our center counsel of our van and what did I find Chinese restaurant napkins and Starbucks napkins! Oh but we're too poor to go out to eat and so on and so on! How is it then he finds it ok to treat his friends to coffee and to Chinese? (I asked who paid that's how I know. He has habit of paying for his friends meals. Thinks it makes him look rich and all. He has a hard time feeling poor in front of friends!) How's is this ok? To leave me home with one meal per day and left overs while he's out eating and going to my favorite coffee shop? Which he hadn't taken me to Starbucks in 3 years! He got all pissed off saying well I should have never been so nice to take you out to the grocery store today but I did. Well gee whiz thanks for the trip where I have to actually work while all you have to do is pull out a wallet! He doesn't help load tge car or unload or put away the groceries! That's women's work to him and staying at home cooking and cleaning and waiting in him hand and foot! SHOULD I BE UPSET!
