Its the weekend again, this has to be the hardest of all. finish work, empty house. He came to my work earlier today and asked to come back home. IF ONLY. if only he hadnt hurt me, if only he had not betrayed my trust, if only he had been a husband and not treated me like an object. If only he had not lied to me. He went away crying yet again, leaving me to feel that im the nasty one. I drove home wanting to turn around and go after him. But i cant, i have to move forwards. Why is this so difficult and so heart wrenching. When all you ever did was love the person who caused all the pain.

As my therapist said to me early on, "while you are worrying about his feelings, who is worrying about yours?" Don't you deserve some compassion? He is a grown man, and can and should be able to be responsible for his own feelings, not crying to you about it. You need to take care of yourself right now. Why are his feelings more important than yours? My therapist asked me that too, to which I replied "because I can handle the hurt, and I don't think he can." I've been through a lot of hurt in my life, so I'm a bit used to it I guess. It felt better for me to take on the pain because I knew I could handle it, but wasn't so sure he could. Well it turned out he could handle it just fine, and then got nasty with me. So that's what I got for worrying about his feelings. You need to focus on you and what the best course of action is for you. He can take care of himself.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
