A warm fire and someone to cuddle with

It is cold here. My house is cool also. I would really love to have a warm fire and someone to cuddle with in front of the fire.

Anyone else feel this way?

No fireplace here ... but I'd surely like to cuddle up on the loveseat or couch and watch a good movie ...

It's the "simple" things we tend to miss the most, sigh ...

I miss cuddling... but now I cuddle with my laptop. if I keep it on my lap long enough it keeps me toasty warm.

I have the fireplace too, but haven't used it much. Oh, some nights the kids and I will start up a fire and watch a movie together. That's the extent of its use. Just a family cuddle so far.

It is even cold in Florida tonight! 47! I have a fireplace and a hot tub but no one but the dog to enjoy it with! Sucks! I have options but no one special enough. I don't like to pretend just to have a "body" nearby. So I will wait. Here is to hoping by next winter we all have a snuggle buddy (if we want one)!
