I really hate myself right now...of all days to be "having a bad day" the day of the meetup. I freaking hate myself for crying over this sham of a marriage, how this will affect the kids, and someone who obviously didn't give a shit enough about us to not let this happen. God, I love the man and I know I need to love myself more. I feel bipolar..thinking I'm doing well and them bammmm...hit rock bottom again. WTH? I really think this pain will kill me in the long run, even tho' to most I hide it so well you'd never know. It's my alone time in this house or whereever that it really hits me...really hard! I'm just sick of it all..being exhausted, having puffy eyes, but honestly, I cannot help the way I feel...I'm trying so hard so hard to move past this...but it cuts me to the core. Sorry to vent and whine people, I thought I was so much better I guess I just needed to see how I felt in black and white.

Please don't say you hate yourself!! It is ok to feel and to feel everything, the good and the bad. It is healthy and the only way to heal. I remember those days. I thought I was going nuts. Totally out of control with laughter one minute and drunk with tears the next... It will pass...

I have been, like we all, thru breakups before, but not to this extents and longevity and the fact there are 2 little innocent men involved that should not be a statistic. I wish I could forgive but I know I cannot right now or ever...not what was said..not the horrible things in black and white that have cut me. After 19 years I thought he knew me better and would never have been that way... she is just the she-devil.

I have a bad hair day everyday. I've told this before but it bears repeating, my best friend's youngest son came over to pick up his brother, I greeted him and then closed the door so the dog wouldn't get out. when my friend walked up her son said"Miss___is having a bad hair day" My friend told her son that that wasn't nice, his reply was "I'm just warning you". LMAO

Too funny solong! Mine wants to be curly when it is humid. It's not a cute curly, it is more frizzy and wavy. But I am not sitting here with my ugly hair and crying about my loser STBX, because there is fun to be had!!
