You are in a public restroom doing your business. The person in the stall next to you comes in and drops the nasty stinker and it is so bad the paint is peeling. What do you do? Do you call over asking for a courtisey flush or do you just hold your breath?
Same situation but you run out of toilet paper in the middle of the deed. Do you call over and ask your neighbor for some TP or do you loose a sock?

I always check for TP first, and if I have to go, I have to go, but I will wait until I get home, going in public only if no other choice.
If someone next to me is peeling the paint off the walls, I'd say: my god could you flush the toilet please?! And hope I dont leave the bathroom with the stench stuck to me.
