I read an interesting article today about this topic. I know that we cant always believe everything we read, but many of the points made resonated clearly with me, and truthfully, make a whole lot of sense.

How many of you would do it all over again?
My second was tolerated for almost 12 years, but gave me what I really wanted from it: my two incredible children.
I never say never. I would have married my last gf in a heartbeat had all the talk been real, but it wasn't. So the question remains; if I were to fall in love and all the stars aligned, could it be possible? The answer is yes. But I won't be entering any relationship with that as an assumed eventuality.
I think you can be 100% committed without the ceremony and will probably wind up in that kind of arrangement once I find someone or someone finds me.
