Well, I know if I do it, I will plan it out, go through the motions and do it. It would be nice to leave something for my daughter, for example, but meaningful letters take time to write. I feel like maybe I should start writing now, just in case.But then that's one less barrier. Oh well...

I have written many of suicide notes in the past

actually at one peak of a manic event I had filled an entire comp book of suicide letters.

it remained un opened for 2 years

until it surfaced when i was in a long term residential hospital

month 3 I had worked my way up thru the level system.

Lost all of my privileges, my clothes and my room.

some times it is better that things are left un said

3 attempts, all unplanned and on impulse. I do try to tell the people in my life what they mean to me. I tell my kids and DH I love them everyday and have deep conversations with friends about how much we care. Unfortunately, most of these conversations are now telephone calls as they are mostly in the UK.

Imagin being dead and realizing you forgot to put something in your note, what a bitch to go through eternity trying to get that message you forgot out.

Have not felt like it in a long time.Too busy fighting for my life at this point. It changes things
