Dicked around with poetry a while - that's how I hooked up with the ex. I don't get the inspiration these days.

Some of my photos get good reviews, but I feel I need to take it up a notch. But I am finding it hard to motivate myself.

gonetroppo, I spoke to a friend here earlier [Shelly].. I was so inspired afterwards that I got all excited and posted, I see you have an ember there and I hope you do take it up a notch. Creativity is HOT :)

I also have noticed an increase in my creativity. I'm a writer, mainly songwriting. I also scrapbook, am interested in photography, and can design and decorate.

There are a history full of composers who they used to call crazy. I play piano and clarinet. I write some music

I do a lot of creative things and have since a very young age -

a lot of writing (my second poetry collection will be released shortly) - photography - painting - decoupage - and I make chapbooks.

bah, I forgot, I used to play Piano.

art school for a reason ; )

love the creative part of my life---so many parts---feel like a dilettante at times. Write poetry, paint, draw, play guitar & piano...have done some installation art. Would like to do more. Its all better when I am "up"....

sometimes just getting myself into that creative place to create can make me get "up". Does that happen to anyone else?

wow you got a good memory, I can't remeber yesterday to much. Very little tidbit from my childhood not much before maybe 8

I find the opposite to be true!!! Bipolar has robbed me of all the creativity that I used to have. I used to be able to write and draw. Now, nothing. I can barely think straight.

One has to have the right temperament

I am creative in many areas, but problem is, I am a jack-of-all-trades-master-of-none. I never really "finish" or Perfect, what I start.

So I've done artwork. Never did anything With it.

I write. Never been published in a Major way.

Music. Never stayed in Nashville to Do anything with it much.

Crafts. Would start Great projects for home business, very original, then stop.

Toys, Christmas ornaments, board games, other "piddly" creations/inventions...I have Boxes of demos, prototypes, etc - gave away the few finished products to friends, never finished "becoming" Anything.

*sigh* It's the bipolar. (blame, blame)
