Difficulty in swallowing may be a sign of an allergic reaction .

Seritonin Syndrome , and overdose of Seritonin in the body can be VERY serious .

I would contact a ER ASAP.

I've always avoided using any meds except what I feel I need. It sounds like you should go back to your original dose of 30 mg
of remeron. It all depends on what you want. If you can't talk to your doc is there somebody on call? Did you cold-turkey the tramodol/ultram? It might be wise to taper off. I wish you peace.

Im afraid to go to the er for fear of two things 1 they will lock me up and 2. They will think i am a hypochondriac

yeah i stopped cold turkey last sat was my last dose.

I called the er. They won't advise over the phone. I seriously don't want to go in there.

Oh dear, I can understand not wanting to go to the ER, I truly can, but maybe better safe than sorry, or sorrier, in this instance?

I just took 100 mg of benedryl and i am praying it will make things better. I am feeling very anxious and am going to sleep in my recliner. I am going to call my psych later this morning. This succkkksss :(

Maybe if im lucky i will just die in my sleep. I am tired of all the crap. I have thyroid problems, diabetes, ive had cancer twice and i have been left with severe digestion issues due to the second cancer. I have stomach flu like symptoms without warning and sometimes for days to weeks. I live with alternating feelings of fear of recurrence and wishing that they had never found it in the first place. And of course we can't forget about having bipolar...i am almost always depressed and or anxious. I struggle to figure out why i am still even here. Sorry for the avalanche of info...i am just feeling very bad mentally and physically . Ty for listening.

maybe allergic reaction due to mg increase !
if it is an allergy reaction maybe it is combo of meds w new mg incress that makes a different combo. sorta like a recipe. add a pinch to much n it changes the whole taste of pie.
I personally would have chat w pharmacy about interactions n mg change...
with that info I would contact my P-Dr. who ever wrote the script.
Now If my Doctor who has me on a p-med says she can't see me for what ever reason better have someone who will. if my Dr can't/doesn't will legally am under her medical care. yes if she refuses to take care of such a situration, hell yes, I r someone in my family will own her beach house.
Anytime some legal matter is altered, I get it in writing. same w med adjustments. however my Dr calls in my scrip so there is a so called paper trail. That trail protects us both as will as protects the pharmacy.
business is business, so is our health care.

Now If you think that there is a remote possibility that you might have even a millimeter of second of throught of harming yourself r others. call 911 don't second guess r talk yourself out of calling w excuses not to do so.

Think about this Hospital is slightly liken a resort. nice room, clean sheets n towels, full staff. cooks maid linen service n medical staff.
To me I use hospital like a 3 star resort. now if they give me tv remote. I might be incline to say it's a 4 star resort,lol

The benedryl helped. I left my dr a message about the issue of feeling like i constantly need to move. We will see what happens. Yoday i feel very anxious and depressed.

It never hurts to go into the ER when in doubt. I just want to difficulty swallowing can come from panic too. But in your situation with rolling shoulders I would just go in and get it checked.

IM so sorry your going thru this. I would def talk with pdoc about switching to another med. i know personally i am VERY sensitive to theses meds and changing them can be hell. Another suggestion, my old pdoc prescribed cogentin for restless leg syndrome from meds i used to be on. I wonder if that might help? ThingsvWILL get better for you.

Heard back from dr. She said there is NO WAY my meds could be causing me to feel like i constantly move. I can't see her until Saturday :(

I'd get in touch with my pharmacist, and see if he or she could give me there two cents. I don't know, I had a very difficult time getting in touch with my pdoc, and the pharmacist was a great help. good luck, hugs, tedi
