ok so last saturday after being in the er...i came on here and saw that i was taking a combo of meds that were very likely causing me serotonin issues. So i discontinued the tramadol/ultram. The constant movement (rolling shoulders in particular) improved. I also spoke with my psych about the horrible depression i have been having since Sunday. She raised my remeron from 30 to 45 mg because she can't see me until the 24th. Well tonight the movement has been HORRIBLE!! i cannot stop moving. Wth should i do??? What is wrong with me? I feel like i am coming out of my skin!!!!!
There! just my 2 cents and you absolutely need your pdoc to help. Oh...benadryl can bring relief tardive akisthesia.

Went to the urgent care this afternoon because i spiked an almost 103 temp...dizziness and severe pain all over. The dr thought it might be the serotonin issue. She ruled that out. I had a whole bunch of bloodwork done. I didn't realize they had checked my thyroid level...turns out the dose of thyroid replacement i am on is too high and has thrown me into a Hyperthyroid state...which have ALL THE SAME SYMPTOMS as i have geen having....restlessness. fever . Sweating. Fever. Anxiety. Insomnia. Aches. I just happened to see that they had checked my thyroid when they gave me the sheet to check out with. The thing that pisses me off is that i called my thyroid dr last week and talked to her nurse. He told me she said she wouldn't lower my dose. Looks like im going to have to make another call tomorrow. The tricky thing about having bipolar AND thyroid problems is that ALL of the symptoms can mimic each other. I am glad i went in and got seen. They got my fever down to 100.4 so at least now i feel slightly more human. Thank you all for your support. It is greatly appreciated!!!
