Once again ambien withdraw giving me nightmares
But of all the nightmares I've had I'd say this probably was the second scariest. I had no idea not even a shred of an idea I was dreaming. It was so realistic! I thought some one broke into my house and I was being robbed.
It was just so realistic in the dream all though I should have had a clue when Janet's door was different *that's my neighbor) than in real life but every thing else was the same in my house.
And I thought I was going to die not that I'm really that scared of dieing but I have to stay alive for my kids. I refuse to die for their sake.
I don't know it was starting to get weird towards the end. But I don't think I will be sleeping for a while.

Hey all, i know its been quite awhile since i posted on here. Its been a summer all right. Its been something else........... You know how they say not to open the can of worms? Well a few months ago i decided to find out what my due date would have been for my first baby, the one conceived by r***. My baby would have been due on March 4th of 2006. They would be 20 years old. I was R**** on June...

did you know people have been found driving cars in there sleep due to these medicines...??? yea...its documented.....take care
yes I'm aware as some one here had driven a car in their sleep and wrecked it with no recollection of doing it.
My problem is I can't sleep at night with out the ambien but now ambien is not working as well for me after having been on it for over a year now. This is a medication you are only suppose to use 5-7 days at a time. But I need it EVERY night!
And because I'd like to try going off it since it's not helping very much. But I feel like I can't get off it because of these vivid horrifying nightmares I have. Most of the time I figure out I'm dreaming at some point but this time I thought it was real! When I woke up I was confused but relieved. I've never had a dream that stressed me out so much before.
I hope you sleep better tonight with clear sailing.. and the withdrawal will soon be over..
There are sooooo many side effects from meds that I don't think MD's could go over them all and it would be traumatizing to patients.. what one person may experience many more may not...
Big hug for ya...xo
