I had a stressful day yesterday. I had a lot to do and it was hot outside. My son got mad me for something.
Today I feel a lot of paranoia and guilt over things. Does anyone else experience this?

Yup, I struggle with guilt and paranoia ALLOT. Talking about ^it^ is usually my first step toward calming those particular beasts.
Listening, if you care to talk. . .
Right now my new job is making me a tad nervous. I want to catch on fast, and am paranoid that this job wont last. My boss is nice though. I just have to learn to relax.

My week is done and the only thing I'm doing from this point on is catching up on Thor movies and "thinking" that there is a very good reason that God created men like Chris Hemsworth to be entertainment!!!

Sometimes when I'm really stumbling I break out the page of "Cognitive Distortions" from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and see what applies.
Usually something fits it just like a puzzle piece.
