i think im finally crawling out of the abyss!

12:20 a.m. here. No sleepy time for me yet...

satchel -- I get it on the jitters - I thought my poor therapist was going to do himself in pretty soon during the first few months I quit. I tried desperately not to take it out on my family, so I saved it all for him...poor guy. We survived though...lol

Cluck -- I hear you on the depression thing -- I get glued to the couch and can't move. Actually last time it was this computer but.... what can I say..??LOL

yeah satchel, i really am starting to feel better. partly because i have decided that i want to feel better!

Why isnt the seraquil working I need to go to sleep

1:35a.m. here still awake... wide awake. Waiting for my husband to come downstairs and tell me to go to bed.. Yep, sure thing. I will have to try at some point because it is part of my therapy. Go to bed and practice visualization.

If the people upstairs would stop pounding, sleep might be easier! Like we don't have enough trouble as it is! Thought I would get that out.
