Spring coming is horrible for me do not want to get out of bed. Up night sleep 8 or 9 am till 11 am then wander around like a zombie until 6 pm

Mood strange but next month should be better today not bad slept better had some mushroom coffee

Woke up to snow here too! Yuck! Just dropped off my sisters kids and now hanging out with Rocket in my quiet bedroom.
Tomorrow will be busy too.
My mood is good so that’s a large blessing

We are getting ready for a big rain storm here in Northern CA the dark clouds are blowing in.

Have a trip planned to the coast about an hours drive from here.

Mood a little bouncy I'm not a fan of the time change either.

We had a little sun. The Daffodils have bloomed which I enjoy.

I'm here but I haven't been on the Beepers board in a mighty long time. For a while the junk I was going through was strictly PTSD but now I almost feel out of place with the bipolar group. Huh, go figure.

Things have been going really good for me ever since I moved to Arizona. If the days are bleak it is only for a day maybe two. Sleep is becoming more normal, I actually sleep at night and get up at a decent hour in the morning. Exhaustion sets in right around 2 PM and I end up out cold for a couple of hours. The one thing I absolutely don't miss is the snow. There are other things I have to contend with being here but snow is most definitely not one of them!

I'm almost a couple weeks on my new med. There's been a huge improvement to my depression...not as hopeless as frequently, sleep is improving though still broken up or taking forever to fall asleep, appetite is coming back, more energy...

Sun, there are days where I would so trade you places! Even though I am grateful for the lack of snow, yesterday it in the 80's and I was sweatin' to death! Yeah, I know, it isn't even hot yet. The summer kills me!
