What kind of music do you listen to. Of the people that don't mind having me around please post some uplifting youtube songs I can listen to--to attempt to cheer myself up.

Princess, I think music is a personal choice and I tend to try to listen to uplifting music when depressed, not because I want to but because I know it wont spiral me further. There are times, however, I think it is okay to "rest" with our sadness and listen to some appropriate music. I am a Madonna fan, so I listen alot to her music when I am down. I am anything Pop music. Depending on the day, I also like some rock or Jazz. The most important thing I do for myself when depressed, is "move" and keep myself busy.

If I am down upbeat music lifts my spirit. Something to get me moving with a good beat.

    My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
