I agree, nothing beats a nice hot bath and a good book. Of course there are several other things that make me feel better: being outdoors, preferably in the water (kayaking, tubing, swimming), painting, playing scrabble with friends, etc.....And yes, of course there's always the obvious one: sex :)

What makes me feel better is,.... Going outside. Inhaling fresh air.

It makes me feel like I can breathe again.

It will soon be time for dune and Forrest hiking along lake Michigan, yippe I cant wait. Some messing around on a secluded beach helps too. Shopping, hot candle lit baths and of course a mani, pedi.

a walk on a brisk day..music, music and more music, i love to play games but my kids arent' in to them much these days, probably because i always bug them to play one with me!...ummmm, oh a massage that sounds soooooo good the problem is i always give them and by the time i finish everyone is too tired or relaxed to give me one ever since i was little it has been this way...hmmm, fresh air, and swimming in the warm ocean, or in a sweet smelling lake:) watching movies with my kids, hanging out with my nephews....helping people, especially when they really need help...and writing...and feeling the warm sun on my body...and feeling the breeze and watching the trees move...

Oooh, everything sounds so wonderful. Actually just reading this post has lifted my spriits a little.

I love playing with my kids when the youngest isn't loud (she talks VERY loud and annoying), going camping in our pop up, garage sale'ing, shopping clearance racks at Walmart, bike riding, taking midnight walks outside and enjoying the peacefulness, and cardmaking. Oh, there is so many.

Most of all, I LOVE installing carseats. Wierd I know! LOL. It's the challenge of it.

Long, hot baths with aroma infusion, mani/pedi, comfort foods-(crunch n munch is the best! lol) and Praise music. Something upbeat like Everytime I Breathe is so refreshing!
