Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.

I'm usually kind and forgiving of others and recognize that everyone goes through trials and tribulations
What would you say to me if I had done the same things as you??..... xo
Some days the meds make the problems feel smaller and farther away and some days they dont.
Big hugs right back at you.
Gentle support while you find what works for you, Sullen.
I really hope you get through this and can see yourself for the good person you seem to be. Good luck.
Because they are hiding in my subconscious they communicate most often through emotions or by sending me an image from my past of what originally caused their sadness, afeared them or made them mad (angry). Then once I have the permission of any protective parts of me that try to keep me safe, secure and growing I invite them into the present to update them that I am now older, wiser and more capable than ever before.
One very afraid part took on the role of my inner focusing trainee and now champion, remembering to breath and then ask how I feel before I think and going with my intuition.
(((freehugs)))

Honestly I keep it simple. I wait for a sunny afternoon when I’m free and take a sketchbook or reading book to a quiet park, bring a blanket and breathe.
