I had half an onion bagel with onion and chives cream cheese,
and a kiwi. I had gourmet chocolate raspberry coffee with caramel chocolate creamer! Enjoy!

half capncrunch half frosted flakes cold cereal. just had some carmel popcorn for dessert, lol, call me a health nut. i am dropping weight like crazy and my jeans don't fit anymore.

I had my meds a couple hours ago and am just finishing up my coffee. Getting ready to cook fried potatoes, onions, sweet peppers and sliced turkey sausage with toast, eggs and cheese. It's about the only real cooking I do all week.

Last night I was manic-y full of energy and made homemade brownies at 3 am, so I had about 1/3 of a brownie. I am feeling sooo lazy so may just wait for a late lunch now.

Tommy's breakfast does sound yummy! I love fried potatoes!

I especially love the hubby's fried potatoes......he usually
ends up frying them for me. I have a great hubby!

I wish I could drop the weight like you jamieson.......

I convinced the hubby to buy me another
exercise video to try.....it was cheap like four something.
And shipping was free so he can't complain about the
cost of the video this time!

I have a granny swimsuit. I also have a few tiny bikini's. I will wear a tiny bikini now and then in the pool but when I do water aerobics I wear the granny suit.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
