I'll be having a bowl of special K after I've gotten up and done my morning work out
later had one piece of low carb, 35 calorie a slice bread with peanut butter.

Have cereal on a morning, with skimmed milk and a piece of fruit.
And instead of coffee or teas try to drink water
Just now I am having a glass of Oj, a cup of fruit salad and a bagel and will be going to bed soon. Got to love the life of a vampire!

My boyfriend isnt interested in dieting or eating healthy and there are foods in this house that will go bad if no one eats them. That doesnt mean I should eat them, just to avoid it. If your parents are wanting to give you free food , then they should respect your diet and lifestyle or you should refuse to take it or eat it yourself.
I cant see any way in which cheese should be your breakfast.
